You need a fresh, smiling face at the front. This has happened so many times to me and my friends, it's unsettling and so disrespectful. I will literally walk in and say, "Goodmorning sir, how's your day?", and he will deadass look me in the eye and not acknowledge me. Let's not even talk about the dude with the hat who checks I.Ds, this dude has NO PERSONALITY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE. ![]() After spending thousands here the last couple of years, you would think they could compensate me somehow for having to drive back multiple times for being sold bad cartridges, or you know, just being an incredible customer who comes once a week or has given them so much referral business. This place is the most expensive in Sac County, they NEVER have sales or loyalty to long-term customers, and half their products are defective. The last 2 months I have received a handful of bad cartridges, and keep having to drive back to replace. This was my go-to spot since it's the most convenient, but has recently become the most unreliable.
